You take back control of the capital deposit.
Neo-banks and company-formation platforms capture the relationship with your clients from the capital deposit onwards. Here, the deposit is carried out by a public officer, and you remain your client's point of contact.
Multi-file firm account
A single workspace to create and track all your clients' deposits: documents received, review in progress, funds received, certificate issued.
You fill in on the client's behalf
Build the file on behalf of your client (as an agent); they receive the same communications and pay in the capital.
Certificate copied to you
The certificate of deposit is sent as a copy to your firm, and its authenticity can be verified online by the registry or the bank.
Ethical transparency
Same price, no commission.
Notaries are prohibited from paying introducers. We therefore pay no commission: your client pays the same price as if they came directly. Your benefit is autonomy, speed and security for your clients — not a fee.
